Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at MithraCart. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You can return your product within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Note: Certain items such as personal care products, innerwear, cosmetics, and hygiene-related items are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@mithracart.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Our team will verify your request and guide you through the return process.
  • Once approved, the item will be picked up from your address (if pickup service is available in your area) or you may be asked to self-ship the item.

3. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund after verification.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Perfumes, cosmetics, or beauty tools
  • Items sold under clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards or promotional items
